Nichedown.ai ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Groundwork, a sole proprietorship registered in France. We are committed to protecting your personal data and being transparent about how we use it.
When you use Nichedown.ai, we collect the answers you provide in the quiz (professional background, skills, goals and preferences). We do not collect your name or email address unless you choose to contact us or complete a purchase. When you make a purchase, your payment is processed by Stripe — we receive your email address and purchase confirmation, but never your card details.
Your quiz answers are used solely to generate your personalized niche report. They are processed in real time and are not stored permanently on our servers. We do not use your answers for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than generating your report.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's own privacy policy), Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report (your answers are sent to Anthropic's API and processed in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy), and Netlify to host our website. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Your quiz answers are not permanently stored after your report is generated. Payment records are retained as required by French law (10 years for accounting purposes). Email addresses collected through purchases are retained for customer service purposes.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nichedown.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
Nichedown.ai does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We use only essential session storage (in your browser) to temporarily hold your quiz answers while you complete the quiz and view your results.
